Summon(s): Hikari-She is Yuito's only summoning beast, but she is all he needs. Hikari is Yuito's guardian angel and apparently approved of how he was helping people without a second thought. The only problem with her is that she cannot stay in the human world for very long. She can only be summoned for a brief period of time; but when she is summoned, she will protect Yuito and anyone else with her life.

Story: Yuito Murakami is the head Medic Ninja of the Akatsuki Organization and a rogue ninja from the Village Hidden in the Light. Yuito I different from many rogue ninja in that he is a doctor and tries hard to heal people, never even considering his personal safety; this has often brought him close to being caught, but he never lets it discourage him. He always puts healing and helping people ahead of himself. He is often been as remarked as a saint, but he simply replies that he is nothing more than a doctor. Some find it to believe that such a person could even be considered a criminal. But some often is the case that good men become the pawn of wicked schemes.
Yuito had a fairly normal life growing up; he lived in a decent home and had a loving family. He belonged to the Murakami clan—a clan renowned for its amazing medical knowledge. It is often been said that even youngest member of the clan has skills in medicine that would rival the Slug Princess, Tsunade. Yuito certainly lived up to his clan's reputation when he began studying medicine when he was only four years old. In just a couple short years, Yuito medical skills were on par some of the more older, experienced clan members. There was only one problem Yuito had while growing up; he always felt like one was watching him, from a great distance. But this presence did not feel malevolent—it felt comforting and Yuito did not want tell anyone about it. Or maybe he just did not want to tell. Other than that, Yuito's life was perfect.
When Yuito reached the age of six, he began attending the Light Village Ninja Academy. It was true his medical skills were impressive, but his parents and clan members convinced him that he needed to learn how to defend himself. Yuito complied, mainly out of respect for his clan and his parents. But one day, while Yuito was walking home from classes, he noticed a civilian was tailing him…holding a steel pipe in his hands. Yuito was nervous, but he did not think this had anything to with him, until he tried to take a detour home and realized that this same civilian was still following. Panic gripped Yuito as he increased his pace hoping to escape his pursuer. Yuito soon found himself running for his life, doing everything he could to escape. But he was soon cornered and forced to face his pursuer.
The man who had been chasing Yuito was civilian; he apparently had some quarrel with the Murakami clan because he kept blaming them for something over and over again. Yuito did not know what this person's problem was; all he could do was prepare him for the harsh beating he was about to receive. But just as the civilian was about to strike Yuito, a bright light surrounded them both. When it faded, the civilian was lying on the ground. Yuito had no idea who had saved him that day, but he was grateful for the assistance.
Years passed since that day; Yuito continued his education at the ninja academy as well as his studies at home. When he finally graduated, Yuito was assigned to a special genin team. It was here that he met his true love, Machiko Fusami, a member of a special clan that could utilize and manipulate seals. The two young genin grew quite close over the years till it got to the point they could read each other's intentions perfectly. Even after they reached the level of chûnin, often going on separate missions, and then jônin, going on even more separate missions, they still managed to get together. During this time, they had gone from simple friends and teammates, to boyfriend and girlfriend, to true lovers. It seemed inevitable that would eventually be married, which was also a good political move as far as his clan saw. It would be a merge between two of the most powerful clans in the Hidden Light Village.
But things took a turn for the worse when all-out war broke between the Hidden Darkness Village and the Hidden Light Village. Because of their different skills, they were forced on separate fronts. Being a medical ninja, Yuito mainly spent his time on the front lines healing wounded soldiers. With his skills, Yuito was able to keep any team he was partnered with alive. But part of him always felt empty; he had started to question what he was doing ever since that civilian ran him down and attacked him. Then, one day, Yuito discovered something unique about himself. His team wound up being ambushed by a group of Darkness ninja; fortunately, Yuito's team was able to foil the ambush, mainly thanks to Yuito. He had developed his skills into other areas, mainly into defense. In his entire career, Yuito had never taken a life and he had no intention of starting any time soon.
With the ambush thwarted, Yuito's team continued on ahead with their mission. But Yuito had stayed behind after the attack, letting the rest of go ahead of him. It was in that moment did something that forever changed his life: he healed and treated the entire Darkness ninja ambush team. Yuito did take necessary to make sure they did not attack him once they were fully recovered. When he was finished, Yuito continued after his team; but just as he was about to leave, the Darkness ninja stopped him and asked why he had healed them. At first, Yuito did not know what to say; truthfully, he did not know himself why he had helped his enemies. But deep down, he felt like he just had to do it; he had been trained to save lives his whole life and to him that meant saving the lives of his enemies. In that moment realized why he had saved his enemies and gave the simplest answer he could: "I'm a doctor first, a human being second, and a ninja last…"
Since that day, Yuito knew that his calling in life was healing people. After the war was over, Yuito went to the Murakami clan leaders and told he was planning to open a free clinic. However, he was shocked when they tried to deter him. Yuito could not understand why his own clan would not support him. Then he came across the clan's financial records and made a shocking discovery; apparently, the Murakami had been charging exorbitant sums for the most basic treatments. As he scanned the list, Yuito discovered the name of the civilian who attacked him all those years ago and found that the civilian's wife was seriously ill, but he could only afford to pay for a quarter of the treatment. The civilian tried to get the money together for the rest of the treatment, but it was too late. He lost everything, including his wife and the Murakami clan was able to get away with it; Yuito was absolutely disgusted! He could not believe his own clan, a clan of doctors and medics, was running an extortion racket.
Yuito was furious and that was a rarity in itself. If he was not properly motivated to open his free clinic before, he was now. The only problem was that in order for Yuito to open up his clinic, he needed to get a special license from his clan. Unfortunately, the clan made it clear they had not intention of giving Yuito what he needed. The only other person who could give Yuito what the license was the Fourth Hikarikage; he did not like it, but he had go behind his clan's back and over their heads. It seemed underhanded to him, but his own clan had been the ones who left him this option.
Yuito had a sour taste in his mouth as he entered the Hikarikage's tower, spoke with the assistant, and entered the Fourth Hikarikage's office. At first, Yuito hesitated; the Fourth Hikarikage was a woman well known for her incredible beauty. Yuito felt the like he was about to insult an angel, but he had to do this; his clan had wronged the people of this village and he felt this was the only way he could repent for their sins. And so, Yuito pleaded his case to the Hikarikage; after Yuito spoke, the Hikarikage was shocked to hear that such a prestigious clan like the Murakami could commit such atrocities…without her knowledge. Yuito then showed her the records he had recovered, believing the Murakami had shown her false records. While the Hikarikage was shocked and abhorred, she could not take any real action against. The Murakami clan's standing in the Hidden Light Village was too great; if they lost the clan, their village would be severely crippled. But Yuito assured her she would not need to take action; all he needed from her was the clinic license. Although she was a tad reluctant, the Hikarikage agreed to Yuito's request.
A month later, Yuito opened the doors to his free clinic in a building in the downtown residential district. He had used the earnings he had made over the years as a ninja to buy all the necessary supplies and equipment. At first, things progressed slowly; people were reluctant to approach his clinic because of his clan name—apparently his clan's reputation had spread to most parts of the village. But in time, the people warmed up to him and before long, they were lining up outside of Yuito's clinic. Soon, Yuito even had some helpers (the work load started to be too much, even for Yuito); Machiko even volunteered from time to time when she was not busy with her clan duties. Yuito managed to keep the clinic by only charging the wealthy that came to his clinic. Oddly enough, they were glad to pay since Yuito's prices were not as absurd prices for their treatment.
Yuito was proud of his clinic; he hoped it would serve as an example for his clan and they may follow example. But he was naïve. The truth was his clan had come to resent Yuito. Ever since he opened his free clinic, the Murakami could only basic get work at the hospital; the fortunes they had made were starting to dry up fast. So long as Yuito's free clinic remained open. The clan decided that the free clinic had to be shut down and that meant Yuito had to be arrested for a crime. They started to look into Yuito's past, hoping to find something scandalous, but his records were spotless. The clan felt their greed flair up! They had not way to stop Yuito…until a certain stranger stopped by with interesting information.
The next day, Yuito opened up his clinic and prepared for work. Everything was normal, until mid afternoon when a squad of Light ANBU ninja showed up in Yuito's office and arrested him. Yuito was shocked and demanded to know why he was being arrested and was shocked when he heard their reason: treason. Yuito was escorted out of the clinic, in front of all of his patients. The ANBU did not even give him the decency to cover his face. Yuito was taken to a holding cell where he waited for several hours before he was brought before the entire village council. When Yuito was brought forth, the charges against him were read, but he did not listen. Yuito knew this was a set up and he was busy analyzing the faces of all the council members. The Hikarikage, who presided over the trail, had a disturbed look on her face; he knew that she did not believe this and that Yuito was innocent, but she was powerless to do anything against the majority rule. As for the rest of the council, Yuito saw a mixture of greedy grins and worried expressions. No doubt some of the council members had been bought while the others had been threatened.
That was when Yuito noticed someone peculiar. Off to the side, Yuito saw a stranger wearing an unusual cloak with a hood over his face. The only part of the face Yuito could see was the mouth, curved in a wicked smile. Yuito realized this mysterious stranger must be the one who gave his clan the info on his doings during the war, but he could not understand how this person had any Intel on Yuito's actions. Eventually, the court decided to ask Yuito why he had saved enemies during the war; he simply gave the same answer he gave the first Darkness ninja he treated that day: "I'm a doctor first, a human being second, and a ninja last…" That was all Yuito said, though it was not enough to convince the court—though it did bring tears of pride to the Hikarikage's eyes.
When the trial concluded, it was decided that Yuito would be executed for his crimes, a rare sentence for any ninja village. The Hikarikage tried to argue and get a lesser punishment, but the elders and other court members would not hear anything of it. And so, Yuito was to be executed publically tomorrow at noon—which he found to be rather cliché. As the guards took Yuito away, a surprise came in the form of Machiko running up to him and giving him a kiss. Yuito was shocked, until he felt Machiko slip something in his hands. The guards did not notice as they broke the two lovers apart; as the broke apart, Machiko whispered into Yuito's ear, "We'll see each other again, under the night sky…"
When Yuito was taken to the Hidden Light prison, he made his move. Using the key Machiko had slipped him earlier, he undid his shackles allowing him to use his chakra again. Reacting quickly, Yuito used a special non-lethal move he developed during the Great Shadow War and incapacitated his guards. Even though his guards were at least ANBU level, Yuito was able to disable both of his jailers. He was just about to make his escape, when the mysterious figure appeared before him; the figure did not say anything, he just opened his cloak and some strange power flowed out of it. Yuito barely got his defenses up in time, though his headband was scratched in the struggle. Yuito managed to escape, though he was disturbed and confused by what he had just witnessed. And so, from that day forward, Yuito became a rogue ninja of the Hidden Light.
After Yuito left the Hidden Light Village, he travelled around to various places—mainly villages—treating anyone who happened to be sick. Some days were more difficult since the Hidden Light Village had started sending Trackers after him; sometimes, they would set traps for Yuito by posing as sick people. But Yuito managed to still heal people while avoid being captured. Then, one day, Yuito wound up at a particular village that would change his destiny forever. Yuito had just finished healing up some injured people, when out of nowhere the village came under attack by some mysterious assailants. Yuito rushed to protect the villagers, doing his best to protect them; then, during the battle, Yuito discovered something rather interesting. Another ninja was in the village…a ninja from the Hidden Darkness Village.
At first, Yuito was shocked and worried, thinking that the Hidden Darkness Village was after him as well. But he quickly that this Darkness ninja was a rogue just like him when he saw that his headband had a slash through the village symbol, just like his. Yuito did not approach this ninja immediately—he was unsure if this particular ninja still had bad blood with the Light Village. Then, he noticed that the Darkness ninja was starting to lose ground; his offense was good, but he lacked defense. Acting quickly, Yuito jumped and managed to cover the Darkness Ninja. The Darkness Ninja was surprised, to say the least, to be saved by a rival village ninja but he did not stop to complain. Together, the two managed to hold off the attack and drive this mysterious enemy.
After the battle, the two ninja met on neutral grounds. Yuito could tell that this rogue Darkness ninja did not want any trouble and judging by his physique, he had been on the run almost as long as Yuito, though he had been taking as good a care of himself. It seemed like the two of them would part at that moment, but then Yuito quickly suggested that they travel together. The Darkness ninja looked at Yuito like he was crazy; neither of their villages had ever gotten along, so why should they. Yuito watched the Darkness ninja closely—he appeared to be weighing his options. Secretly, Yuito hoped that he would accept; he had been running a long time. It was getting harder and harder to avoid the traps of the Light ninja. After a few minutes, the Darkness ninja made up his mind though he held back his answer. He then held out his hand and said, "What the hell…" And with that, the most unlikely of teams in the ninja world was formed.
A few days after they left the village, Kiyomichi (the Darkness ninja) told Yuito about a special valley that was supposedly a safe haven for rogue shinobi. Yuito thought it might be another trap, but Kiyomichi told him he learned of this place before he left his village. So, against his better judgment, Yuito agreed to follow Kiyomichi to this special place. Thankfully, when they arrived, Yuito was surprised to see that it Kiyomichi's claims were true; there was a village, made up almost entirely of rogue ninja…and refugees. Soon after they arrived, Yuito and Kiyomichi met the leader of the village, Nagato, and their lives were changed forever.

Jutsu(s): Light Clone Jutsu-This is a jônin-level jutsu. The user creates a clone made of pure light chakra. When this clone is destroyed, it unleashes a flash that will temporarily blinding; even someone wearing sunglasses will feel the effects of the flash.

Light Style: Bright Shield-This is a genin-level technique. The user creates a shield made of light chakra that blocks one hit and only one hit. But it can still block any attack thrown at it.

Light Style: Shimmering Barrier-This is a chûnin-level technique of the Hidden Light Village. The shield created by this technique can take a few more hits than the Bright Shield technique and it emits a slight illumination that can affect a target's accuracy.

Light Style: Shinning Wall-This is the ultimate defense technique. The barrier created with this technique can block any attack and can last as long as the user's chakra reserve.

Light Style: Graceful Regeneration-This is a unique jônin-level jutsu of the Hidden Light Village. Using light chakra, the user will use their chakra like a band-aid on any injury. It does speed up the growth of cells, thus it does not shorten a person's life while still allowing them to function normally.

Light Style: Sword of the Dawn-This is a jônin-level technique; it creates a sword made of pure light chakra. But it does not cut flesh and blood like a regular sword. Instead, the sword can cut through things like fire, water, and air—it can even cut chakra. When the blade makes an effective cut, it can cancel any technique.

Light Style: Samurai Spirit-This is the ultimate defense technique for a single user. It is a jônin-level technique that encases the user in a thin, but durable layer of light chakra. In fact, the user is almost invincible while this technique is used. The main drawback is that the user cannot use any other techniques while this technique is active. Using another jutsu will cancel out the technique.

Light Style: Silver Bindings-This is a unique jutsu developed by the First Yamikage. The user wraps a selected target in shining silver ropes, completely immobilizing them. The silver bands are practically unbreakable, but they do not constrict the target. It's the perfect jutsu for live capture.

Medical Jutsu: Mystic Healing Palm-This is the basic healing technique used by all medical ninja. It heals almost any wound, but requires a significant amount of chakra.

Medical Jutsu: Anesthesia Palm-This is one of Yuito's original medical jutsu. With but simple thrust of his palm, Yuito can put anyone he taps to sleep and they remain unconscious for hours.

Medical Jutsu: Pulse Palm-This is one of Yuito's original medical ninjutsu. Focusing chakra into the palms of his hands, he presses them against a person's body and unleashes a burst of chakra through the chakra network. This burst acts similarly to a defibrillator and tends to be far more effective. Yuito can even use it as an attack, using the burst of chakra to knock back an opponent several meters as well as severely knock the wind out of them.

Medical Jutsu: X-Ray Eyes-This is a special jutsu developed and used by the Murakami clan. It allows them to see the insides of other people; but unlike the Byakugan, it cannot see the chakra network. Also, unlike the Byakugan, the technique cannot be used during combat. Because the Murakami clan lacks any real Kekkei Genkai, the technique requires a great deal of focus and chakra.

Medical Jutsu: Spirit Healer-This is a special jutsu developed by the Murakami clan. They literally turn spirit chakra into a form of healing energy that can mend most forms of harm done to a person's spirit—for example, if they experienced a frightening situation and they wish to get over it. However, the greater the event, the more difficult it is treat. Some experiences cannot be cured even by this technique.

Medical Jutsu: Mind Healer-This is a jutsu developed by the Murakami clan that enables a medic to heal a person's mind from anything, like hypnosis or genjutsu. This technique takes the healing process step further; when a person is healed by this technique, it strengthens their own mind so that they cannot be affected by the same technique again. It does not block everything however; some forms of genjutsu have been reported to always affect the mind.

Genjutsu: Plain of Tranquility-This is a jutsu Yuito created after he graduated to jônin. Yuito uses this jutsu to bring a patient to a calm area in their minds in order to help them overcome any severe mental or spiritual stress.
